  • Compliance with Mandatory Implementation of Idaho EDI Claims Release 3.0 Announcement Letter (9/5/17). All authorized workers’ compensation carriers are required to register as a trading partner.  When the Commission has authorized a carrier to write policies, there is the potential for a policy to be written at any time with exposure to future claims.  A trading partner registration ensures the ability to comply with the electronic reporting requirement via EDI Claims Release 3.0
