Administering Idaho's Workers' Compensation Law

EDI Claims Release 3.0: Implementation Guide, Tables and Supporting Documents

Most Current Update:

  • Version 1.9 of the EDI requirement tables have been published and are available on ISO’S iicedi.info website. Read the announcement here. (10/27/17)

    • Please be advised that all FROIs not received by the Commission by 5:00 pm, Friday, November 3rd, will be returned to the sender for proper filing via EDI Claims Release 3.0.  A postmark preceding the November 4, 2017, mandatory implementation date will not suffice.

  • *Notice*:

All authorized workers’ compensation carriers are required to register as a trading partner.  When the Commission has authorized a carrier to write policies, there is the potential for a policy to be written at any time with exposure to future claims.  A trading partner registration ensures the ability to comply with the electronic reporting requirement via EDI Claims Release 3.0.
