Adjudication Division

The Adjudication Division provides appellate review of unemployment insurance decisions issued by the Idaho Department of Labor. It also serves as the final level of decision appeal by the Crime Victims Compensation Program. Finally, the Commission resolves medical fee disputes in worker’s compensation cases between medical providers and insurers through an administrative process.
