Advisory Committee

The Industrial Commission receives guidance from the Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee. The Committee will seek public input and participation in its deliberations. Recommendations for adding legislation or other issues to the agenda for the next meeting should be submitted to Kamerron Monroe, Commission Secretary, Industrial Commission, P.O. Box 83720, Boise, Idaho  83720-0041, telephone (208) 334-6017. Please include supporting documentation such as a statement of the problem, draft legislation, or other information that would help.

Advisory Committee Charter

The Agenda for the August 12, 2020, Advisory Committee Meeting is now available. The meeting will be held telephonically through Zoom. 

The Commission has updated their IDAPAs. The new chapters can be found on our website: https://iic.idaho.gov/rules-and-legislation/. The Commission has also recently made other changes to business processes. Updated policy and procedures can be found at the above link.

The next meeting of the Commission's Advisory Committee is scheduled to be held telephonically with Zoom on August 12, 2020, beginning at 9:00 AM.
