Save the Date: 2026 Annual Seminar on Workers' Compensation will be held August 27, 2026!

Mark your calendars, the Industrial Commission is excited to announce the date of our 2026 Annual Seminar on Workers’ Compensation on Thursday, August 27, 2025, at the Riverside Hotel, 2900 Chinden Boulevard, Boise, ID

Like a river, the workers’ compensation system is complex, sometimes turbulent. It requires preparation, teamwork, and expert guidance to support injured workers and help them safely reach their recovery goals. Join us as we explore various topics aimed at keeping this process on course, avoiding obstacles and rapids, and assisting injured workers in navigating the complexities successfully.

The Annual Seminar on Workers’ Compensation is designed to educate and engage attendees and is the only event in Idaho that gathers industry professionals to discuss current rules, procedures, and other relevant issues. It also provides valuable opportunities for dialogue and networking. If you’re interested in Idaho’s workers’ compensation system, this seminar offers essential information and insights. We invite employers, attorneys, safety and HR managers, insurers, self-insured employers, third-party administrators, claim-closure service providers, insurance agents, union representatives, medical providers, billing and documentation staff, managed care organizations, and vocational rehabilitation providers to participate. We look forward to welcoming you to this yearly event!

In addition to the keynote presentation, there are break-out sessions throughout the day. An agenda is made available in advance of the events.
