New! Online Portals for Attorneys and Public Records Requests
The Idaho Industrial Commission has launched secure online portals to streamline how attorneys and the public interact with our agency.
Attorneys: If you work with our Benefits or Adjudication divisions, you may submit settlement agreements, complaints, and mediation requests online, and track case progress.
If you are an attorney or legal associate and would like access to the portal, please email efiling@iic.idaho.gov to request an invitation.
Public Records: Requests for workers’ compensation records may be submitted through the records portal. These requests will be fulfilled via email.
These portals replace previous email and mail-based processes and are designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.
Adjudication Portal
Attorneys and their associates may submit workers’ compensation complaints and mediation requests through our secure portal.
