Rules of Appellate Practice & Procedure Under the Idaho Employment Security Law
By virtue of the authority vested in the Industrial Commission pursuant to Idaho Code §§ 72-508 and 72-1368(7), the Industrial Commission of the State of Idaho does hereby adopt the following rules of procedure governing judicial matters under its jurisdiction as provided by the Idaho Employment Security Law. These rules shall supersede those rules previously adopted by the Commission on March 29, 2023.

These rules shall amend and supplement those rules previously adopted by the Commission.
