2025 Annual Seminar on Workers' Compensation

 

The Industrial Commission will host the Annual Seminar on Workers’ Compensation on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the Riverside Hotel, 2900 Chinden Boulevard, Boise, ID. 

We invite you to attend the Annual Seminar, designed to educate and engage participants in the Idaho workers’ compensation system. This event will cover current rules and procedures while offering valuable opportunities for dialogue and networking on a variety of timely topics.

If you are interested in the Idaho workers’ compensation system, this seminar will provide you with essential information and insights. We encourage participation from employers, attorneys, safety and human resource managers, insurers, self-insured employers, third-party administrators, claim-closure service providers, insurance agents, union representatives, medical providers, billing and documentation staff, managed care organizations, and vocational rehabilitation providers. We look forward to seeing you at this annual event!

In addition to the keynote presentation, there are break-out sessions throughout the day. An agenda is made available in advance of the events. 

In previous years, the Commission has offered the following continuing education credits:

  • 5.0 general credit hours and 1 ethics credit hour from the Idaho State Bar
  • 5.0 credit hours from The Idaho Department of Insurance
  • 5.0 credit hours from The Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification
  • 5.0 Credit hours from The Commission for Case Manager Certification
  • 5.0 credit hours from The Certification of Disability Management Specialist
  • 5.0 credit hours from the Society for Human Resource Management
