(BOISE) – The Idaho Industrial Commission is pleased to announce the promotion of Kayla Pollard from Workers’ Compensation Audit Program Analyst and Records and Reception Supervisor to Benefits Administration Manager.

Pollard joined the Commission in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant in the Benefits Department. Through her dedication and expertise, she advanced to Benefits Analyst in 2019 and was promoted to Audit Program Analyst in 2021. In addition to her analytical responsibilities, she has served as supervisor of the Commission’s Records and Reception staff, providing leadership and support across multiple operational areas.

“Kayla has demonstrated a deep understanding of workers’ compensation issues affecting our stakeholders and has played an important role in supporting the Commission’s legislative activities,” said Director Patti Vaughn. “We look forward to her leadership and are confident in her ability to successfully navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.”

Pollard’s progression within the agency reflects her commitment to public service, institutional knowledge, and dedication to serving Idaho’s workers and employers. The Industrial Commission congratulates her on this well-deserved promotion and looks forward to the continued leadership, professionalism, and expertise she will bring to her new role.
