Effective September 6, 2023, the Idaho Industrial Commission has amended the Judicial Rules of Practice and Procedures (JRP) Rule to include the addition of Rule 22 - Idaho Code 72-433 Exams and Motions for Relief under Idaho Code 72-424 and 72-435, Appendix 8, and amended email filing address to efiling@iic.idaho.gov under Rule 8.
