Effective January 18, 2023, the Idaho Industrial Commission has amended Judicial Rules of Practice and Procedures (JRP) Rule 3E to accept electronic signatures on pleadings, motions, and other documents submitted to the Commission.  This policy change is consistent with the practices utilized by the Idaho Supreme Court, regarding electronic signatures.  To view the JRP in its entirety, visit https://iic.idaho.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/JRP-Effective-01.18.2023-FINAL.pdf.
